All orders are processed within approximately 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday. Please note that all processing times are estimates and may be subject to change.

ISEEYOUSHOPS.com does not ship orders to international addresses.

To track your order, refer to your shipping confirmation email and find TRACKING NUMBER. Then simply go to www.USPS.com & track your package.

Due to our constantly changing inventory and high demand we do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like an exchange, we recommend returning an item for ISEEYOUSHOPS.com store credit as this will allow you to repurchase from our live inventory. Regular shipping fees apply to your exchange order. Our store credit does not expire.

Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations. The order must be returned/ refunded and a new one will have to be placed.
