We are happy to process your return or exchange on regular price merchandise purchased directly from ISEEYOUSHOPS.com that are received by us within 30 days of your order date. Please account for the time it takes for the carrier to ship your item(s) back to our location in Miami, Florida. Shipping charges are non refundable. Please be sure your merchandise is in its original condition with original tags attached, and it is unworn, unwashed and unaltered. Remember to include your original invoice or packing slip. Custom made, ONE-OF-A-KIND products cannot be returned or exchanged and will be considered a “FINAL SALE”.

It is important that packages are shipped through a traceable shipping method, such as UPS or Insured Parcel Post. Make sure to retain the return tracking number for your records. ISEEYOUSHOPS cannot be responsible for lost inbound packages, so we want to make sure your return is received safe and sound. Please prepay your return shipping charges. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages and deliveries. Customer is responsible for any return shipping fees. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items, process the return, and send you an email with your confirmation.
